The MBCA Business Clinic is a cohort-based program, admitting eight (8) agribusinesses per cohort, specifically designed to equip entrepreneurs across the agribusiness value chain with the resources, knowledge, and support needed to build sustainable and scalable enterprises. The program enables participants to stay ahead of market shifts by adopting modern business trends and developing the systems that build investor confidence.
Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to put key concepts into practice, with expert guidance and support to ensure you fully grasp and apply what you’ve learned.

How we Guide you to Success
Step #1: Business Capacities Assessment
The first step before the training is to use our Business Diagnostic Tool to identify the constraints to the growth experienced by the program participants. We analyze 4 fundamental business pillars: organization, people, operations, and financial structure. Based on this analysis, we adapt our training program to focus on the main challenges experienced by the group.
Step #2: Business Capacities Building
Training program – The program includes 4 training modules (each two to three days long), and a pitch rehearsal session in a real situation. Our training approach is extremely hands-on and requires the full commitment of participants to achieve expected results through practical lessons (e.g., case studies, group discussions, question-answers, and scenarios).
Step #3: MBCA Business Network
Businesses that participate in our Business Clinic gain membership in the MBC Africa Business Network, where they continue to receive ongoing support to scale their operations, particularly through post-acceleration services. These services offer vital resources like mentorship, strategic guidance, and customized solutions to help companies optimize their operations, strengthen their market presence, and achieve sustainable success.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of operations
- A minimum of five (5) employees
- An annual turnover of at least GHS 750,000
- Available financial records for the two previous years
- Have at least two (2) people who will be committed and participate in all the training sessions
- A GHS 150 non-refundable application fee and a GHS 2,500 training fee
